PED122-YOGA 1 The original assignment: "Create a "Gratitude Journal" for 30 days. Each day write down 5 things you are grateful (thankful) for. It is beneficial to do this towards the end of the day. It is also useful to look for new things/moments to add rather than repeating the same ones. Start immediately. At the end of 30 days, document what you learned from this process and how it has affected your being (body, mind, or spirit). Did it affect in any way how you see the world. Enjoy."
